/ September 14, 2015The Sisters are definitely an old favorite. The particular Joy Division influence here reminds me of Interpol, although Spiral of Silence predated that band. I don’t know much about SOS but it seems like they could have been as big as Interpol if the dice had rolled differently. But maybe they didn’t want that kind of experience, or for whatever reason taking it up another level just didn’t work out for them.

/ September 14, 2015If my memory is correct they had a falling out with their record label- Time Warner. That messed things up big time for them and they decided not to sign up with a label since. They haven’t come out with a new album since though they play new songs at their gigs.
